The Cleft Lip and Palate Association (CLAPA) is a charity working to improve the lives of people born with a cleft and their families in the United Kingdom.

1,200 babies are born with a cleft each year in the UK. CLAPA provides a range of practical and emtional support services for people affected by cleft, including local groups, national events, residential trips, and one-to-one support from trained volunteers.

CLAPA aims to be there every step of the way. Supporting families to help their children overcome challenges which can include complex surgery and speech and hearing difficulties, as well as to access services which help tackle feelings of isolation.

With your help, we can reach every one of those families in need next year.
