EMF Saturday Transport Options

The start/finish area for the EMF Saturday races and the EMF Hub are located at Dynamic Earth (EH8 8AS) in Holyrood Park

On foot

The EMF Hub is a 15 minute walk from the city centre. It is located at the foot of the Royal Mile, near the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace.

By train

The nearest train station is Edinburgh Waverley in the city centre. It is a 15 minute walk from the EMF hub.

By bike

The EMF Hub is close to the National Cycle Network. For more information visit www.sustrans.co.uk Please note that the races on the Saturday use some of the cycle network and therefore races may be ongoing at the time you are travelling.

By bus

The EMF hub at Dynamic Earth is served by Lothian Buses services 6 and 35 and Edinburgh Bus Tours. Lothian Buses service 35 passes very close on the Canongate. By tram

Edinburgh Trams operates services to the City Centre every 7 minutes from locations such as Edinburgh Airport, Ingliston Park & Ride and Edinburgh Gateway. St Andrew Square tram stop is a 15-20 minute walk from the EMF Hub at Dynamic Earth. For more information visit www.edinburghtrams.com.
