Edinburgh Marathon Festival 10K TRANSPORT INFORMATION
The EMF Hub at Dynamic Earth is a 15 minute walk from the city centre. It is located at the foot of the Royal Mile, near the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace.
The EMF Hub at Dynamic Earth is close to the National Cycle Network. For more information click here.
Please note that the events on the Saturday use some of the cycle network and therefore events may be ongoing at the time you are travelling.
The EMF Hub at Dynamic Earth is served by Lothian Buses services 6 and 35 and Edinburgh Bus Tours. Lothian Buses service 35 passes very close on the Canongate. Full details are available at www.lothianbuses.com.
First Bus also operate local services to the city centre and close to the start area. Please note that some bus services are altered due to our event. Full details are available at www.firstgroup.com.
Edinburgh Trams operates services to the City Centre every 7 minutes from locations such as Edinburgh Airport, Ingliston Park and Ride and Edinburgh Gateway.

Special arrangements for residential/businesses
Millhill & Goose green residents & businesses
The Electric Bridge is no longer available for events or vehicular access. As such, a route alteration has been made for this area, to utilise the footbridge to the south of Electric Bridge. Residents who previously could exit after 13:30 hrs, can now exit only via Shorthope Street throughout the day (the one-way system will be reversed for the duration of the event from 06:00 - 18:00). The Millhill Car Park will be closed.
