Join the MS Superstars team for Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2025!

More than 150,000 people in the UK have MS, and nearly 7,100 people are newly diagnosed each year. MS is unpredictable, and different for everyone. It’s often painful and exhausting, and can cause problems with how we walk, move, see, think and feel.

We’re the MS Society. We fund world-leading research, provide expert information and services so everyone can live well with MS, and campaign for everyone’s rights.

Get an MS Society charity place

With nine distances on offer over the weekend, there’s an event for everyone! When you sign up for a charity place you’ll need to pay a registration fee and pledge to raise a minimum fundraising target to support our work.      

• Marathon - £30 registration fee and a £500 fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid)
• Half Marathon - £20 registration fee and a £300 fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid)   
• Hairy Haggis Team Relay - £80 registration fee and a £600 fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid)
• 10k - £15 registration fee and a £150 fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid)
• 5k - £10 registration fee and a £100 fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid)
• Junior races - Free registration and no minimum fundraising target

 

Already have your own place?

We’d love to have you on our team! There's no fundraising target, just raise as much as you can. To sign up login to your MyRunning account and link your entry to the MS Society.

 

As part of the MS Superstars team you’ll receive;

• Access to our online training hub, with training plans for all abilities
• A fundraising pack filled with tips and materials to help you reach your goal
• The loudest cheer squad along the route
• Support from our dedicated Events Team, every step of the way
