Ambulance staff often see life at its most fragile, seeing illness, distress, and trauma regularly.

Donations to The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC) help provide support for ambulance staff, retired staff, paramedic students, volunteers, and their families when they face challenges with their mental, physical, or financial well-being. 

Your fundraising will help fund services such as:

· Mental health support, including counselling, trauma, stress, and PTSD support. 

· Physical rehabilitation for staff recovering from illness or injury. 

· Financial assistance, including grants, debt advice, and welfare support for those experiencing hardship. 

· Bereavement and crisis support, including their Ambulance Staff Crisis Phoneline.

TASC is an independent charity and does not receive financial support from NHS ambulance services for its general services, so donations are vital to keeping these programmes running.
