Our minimum sponsorship targets vary according to your distance:

10K - £150 minimum sponsorship

Half Marathon - £300 minimum sponsorship

Marathon - £500 minimum sponsorship

We depend on clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene so much while going about our everyday routines to help us keep clean, comfortable and healthy. But can you imagine how different life would be without these three things?

That's the reality for millions of people who are living in poverty and excluded from mainstream services.

Without clean water, people – often women and girls – have no choice but to walk long distances to fetch and drink dirty water. This impacts their health, their education and their livelihoods. And climate change is making their situation worse; every day, already fragile water supplies are at even greater risk of disappearing completely.

We’re not here for short-term fixes. With local communities we find sustainable solutions so that people can change their lives for good. Will you help us get there?

To help support all our runners in the lead up to race day we’ve teamed up with professional coaches at RunningWithUs, to provide you with a training support package to get you to the start line fully prepared to take on your chosen distance!

As a member of our team you’ll receive:

• A bespoke training plan – suitable for your level of experience
• Email helpline – ask the coach training, race, nutrition or injury questions
• Twitter and Facebook ask the coach services and live Q and A sessions

In addition to this, you will also receive:

• A personalised WaterAid running vest or technical t-shirt
