This is a two journey ticket for MARATHON RUNNERS. With this ticket runners can board an Event Bus from one of the Park & Ride facilities detailed below and be transported back to the Park & Ride after the event.
Journey 1:
Pick up locations: Newcraighall Park & Ride, Sheriffhall Park & Ride, Straiton Park & Ride
Destination: Buccleuch Place (close to the Start)
Departure time: 08:00-09:00
Journey Time: Approximately 30 minutes
Journey 2:
Pick up location: Wallyford Park & Ride (close to the Finish)
Destinations: Newcraighall Park & Ride -> Sheriffhall Park & Ride -> Straiton Park & Ride
Departure time: 13:00 - 17:15
Journey time: up to 60 minutes.
The times stated on this ticket are a guide and buses may run up to 20-30 minutes later than the times advertised. It is just over a mile from the finish to the bus drop off/pick up point at Wallyford Park & Ride. Please check the website for any event updates throughout the weekend. Event Bus tickets will be available for you to download from your MyRunning account around 10 days prior to race day. Please note: Event Bus tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
